Billing & Fees

United Medical Centre Caboolture is a mixed billing practice. Children 16 and under, pension & concession card holders will be bulk billed on weekdays. Please click Billing Policy for more detailed information about fees for services.

Appointments

We are an appointment-based clinic. Walk-in patients will only be seen if it is an emergency.

You can make an appointment by booking online or calling 5432 3474. Our practice uses Health Engine for all online appointments.

You can book any time of the day or night via the iPhone or Android App or Online via the Book Now button.

After Hours

United Medical Centres Caboolture has an after-hours care arrangement with National Home Doctor Service.

If you need to contact to arrange a consultation out of hours please call them on 13 74 25. This service is fully bulk billed for all Medicare card holders. In an emergency, please call 000.

Reminder System

Our practice is committed to preventative care. Your doctor will seek your permission to be included in reminder systems.

We take part in both the surgery recall system and also several State and National registers such as Pap Smear register, Breastscreen register and the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register.

You may be issued with a reminder notice from time to time appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to take part in any of these recall registers please let your doctor or receptionist know.

Pathology

We have an onsite QML Pathology Collection Centre, open 8am to 12pm, Monday to Friday. Please call QML directly on 07 5232 0002 or visit www.qml.com.au for any enquiries.

Translators

United Medical Centres Caboolture can offer a translator service. Please be sure to advise reception staff if an interpreter or translator is required.
